How to add or delete contacts?

Jego will, with your consent, automatically synchronize your contact list with your phone book and look for people that are currently using Jego.  You can add or delete contacts from either Jego contact list or your mobile phone contact list and Jego will automatically update upon any contact list changes made.
If Jego didn’t obtain your consent, you are required to add or delete the contact from both Jego and mobile phone contact lists by yourself.

Why do I have to answer "do you accept auto contact synchronization between mobile phone and Jego"?

This step is to notify and get your consent for contact synchronization, as well as to facilitate the discovery of Jego friends from your existing contact list. The information helps Jego to correctly display the caller name when a call or message comes. Also, you can enjoy the best user experience of Jego when making calls to your friends in Jego contacts.

I have a friend's number in my contact list, why Jego cannot recognize him as Jego user?

Firstly, please verify the number in your contact list is your friend's registered Jego number; please check if the correct country code is added in her phone number in your contact list. If the country code is missing, Jego automatically uses the country code of your registered number by default.

Q.
How can I invite my friends in my contact list to use Jego?
A
You can select the friends you want to invite through Jego app (“Setting – Invite Friends – Send SMS/Send Email).  Jego will send invitations to selected friends by SMS* or emails**.

Remarks: *You may be charged by your mobile service provider for sending the invitation SMS.  Please check with your mobile service provider for details.

**If you have added your friends’ email addresses in Jego contact list, you can send invitation to your friends via email.
