I have already completed registration in Apps, why I still need to create my account in Jego web portal?

With an account in Jego web portal, you can check your account information including, account balance, effective plan, purchase record and call details.

How can I register my Jego account in Jego web portal?
A
You login Jego official website (www.jego.me), click “Login” (located in right hand corner of web portal) and click “First time Login”.  You are required to provide your registered mobile number and email address. After verifying your email address, the registration is completed.

Why email verification is required during account registration?
A
When you log into your account for the first time, you will be asked to provide email address for verification purpose. This is your another identity of Jego account apart from your registered mobile phone number; this provides extra protection to safeguard your account.

Can I change my registered number and e-mail?
A
No, your registered number or email cannot be changed.

What should I do if I forget my password?
A
You can go to “Login” page, click "Forgot Password". Jego will send an email to your registered email address where you can find a link to the page to modify your password.

Can I change my existing password?

You can login to “My Account - My Profile” page, click "Change Password” to change existing password.

How can I update my personal information?

You can login to “My Account - My Profile” page, click  "Edit”  to update your personal information.( Remark: All  registered number and e-mail cannot be changed)

How can I check my Account balance and plan information?
A
You can login to “My Account” page, click "My Credits and Plans” to check your account balance and plan details. Also, you can go to “Setting – Account Mgt” in Jego app to check the related information*. Remarks:  * You can only check the validity period of one active plan in Jego web portal if you have more than one plan in your Jego account because only one active plan details can be checked in Jego app.

When you click to “Buy Plan” in your account, automatically redirect to login page.
